Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase and use of The Vault, a membership operated by Platform Proof / Alston Godbolt. Joining or using it means you agree to them.

What you're buying

The Vault is a recurring membership. It gives you access to a library of workshops, courses, coaching calls, prompt packs, templates, and the community for as long as your membership is active. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for yourself and your own business. You may not resell, share your login or access to, or redistribute the material or its output as your own product.

Billing and cancellation

• Membership is $7 per month, or $70 per year, billed automatically to your payment method until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from inside the Vault (Manage billing), which sends you to Stripe. Cancellation stops future charges and ends access at the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change; any change to your rate will be announced before it takes effect.

Refunds

If you are not happy, email us within 7 days of a charge and we will refund that charge. Because the whole library is available the moment you join, refunds outside that window are at our discretion.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information at checkout (your access is tied to your email).
• Keep your access to yourself. Sharing a membership may end it without a refund.
• Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service.
• You are responsible for how you use the material in your own business.

No guarantees / limitation of liability

The membership is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted service or specific results (see the Earnings Disclaimer). To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update the material and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
